Entertainment One has signed an exclusive multi-year first-look deal with BAFTA award-winning writer, director and producer Paul Andrew Williams (A Confession, BULL). Williams will work closely with Sharon Hughff, eOne’s creative director, Scripted Television, U.K., to develop scripted television series for all platforms.
Sharon Hughff joined eOne in February to oversee the scripted team and pipeline in the U.K. with a remit to boost the company’s presence in the region.
Most recently, eOne announced that Ewan McGregor (Star Wars franchise, Trainspotting) will lead the cast of the upcoming Paramount+ U.K. drama series A Gentleman in Moscow, an adaptation of Amor Towles’ best-selling novel, produced by eOne in association with Viacom International Studios.
