Cédric Brignon has been appointed chief financial officer at Banijay. In his new post, he will oversee the organization’s overarching finance strategy, while working alongside the wider executive committee on delivering against its general long-term business plan and M&A ambitions. Commencing the role on November 1, he will be reporting to company’s CEO Marco Bassetti. Brignon joins Banijay from Netflix, where he most recently served as vice president of Studio Finance for EMEA.
Beyond Productions has appointed Joe Rivadeneira as SVP Development, Factual, at its Los Angeles-based production operation. Rivadeneira will work alongside Mike Krupat, SVP Development & Production. Both executives will report to Beyond Productions president, John Luscombe. Rivadeneira has been developing, selling, and producing television for well over a decade, specializing in unscripted development and talent packaging. He joins Beyond Productions USA from Vox Media Studios & Group Nine Studios.
Anna Marsh (pictured) has been appointed Deputy CEO of CANAL+ Group. Marsh joined STUDIOCANAL in 2008, where she held the positions of head of International Sales and Managing Director of STUDIOCANAL UK, before being appointed CEO of STUDIOCANAL in 2019.
