Discovery Channel commissioned U.K. production company Icon Films to develop and produce Man-Eating Python. The documentary film follows host Rob Nelson as he meets with python experts to investigate the viral news story of a 23-foot-long python consuming a fully-grown adult. The documentary’s executive producer is Jonny Young for Icon Films. Man-Eating Python broadcasts on the U.S. network on August 25, 2017.
