Chef and restaurateur Aarón Sánchez will be joining Gordon Ramsay and Christina Tosi as a judge for the eighth season of MasterChef, which premieres in summer 2017 on Fox. Sánchez is the owner of Mexican restaurant Johnny Sánchez, and is the author of two cookbooks, Simple Food, Big Flavor and La Comida del Barrio. Sánchez was previously a guest judge on the seventh season of MasterChef.
