In May, Canal 22 Internacional, the arts and entertainment channel, is sharing the traditions, will premiere new programming to celebrate the culture and history of Mexican cuisine and its heritage with the premiere of new programming. Pre-Hispanic cuisine will be highlighted in Xilonen, as well as contemporary Mexican gastronomy in Fusion. Viewers will travel to the state of Quintana Roo Pasaporte al sur, and they’ll discover the handicrafts made in different towns in Michoacan in Manos magicas that are a reflection of Mexican culture and folklore.
