Scripps Networks Asia-Pacific has greenlit Peace Point Rights’ new 4K series, Inspired with Anna Olson. The series marks the network’s first original commission by a North American producer. Inspired with Anna Olson has also been licensed to Canada’s Shaw Media and begins production this month across Asia. The series follows the celebrity chef as she travels to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Philippines and Thailand, from street food stalls to high-end restaurants, where she learns directly from local cooks and chefs. The new series comes on the heels of the success of Bake with Anna Olson which was recently jointly commissioned for a third season in 4K Ultra-HD by Scripps Networks and Shaw’s Media’s Food Network Canada.
