Telenovela Soul Sisters (Hermanitas Calle), produced by Caracol Televisión and distributed by Caracol Internacional, debuted in the U.S. on February 20th, on the Wapa América signal. Based on a true story, the series tells the tale of two sisters from a poor town who overcome great adversity to reach fame in the music world. Once they arrive, the sisters encounter sexism in the entertainment industry, where they fight for their dream. Soul Sisters has already premiered in territories such as El Salvador, Puerto Rico and Panamá.
