ProSiebenSat.1 TV Germany has announced restructuring in its senior management. Daniel Rosemann, vp Entertainment at ProSieben, has been appointed the manager of the channel, taking over the role from Wolfgang Link. Katja Hofem, CEO for Small Channels & New Channel Development, will become also COO at ProSiebenSat.1 TV Germany as of March 1. Marc Rasmus will take over her role as channel manager at kabel eins. Michaela Kiermaier will take Rasmus’ position at Sat.1 Gold. Previously, Kiermaier was deputy channel manager and operating officer at kabel eins since 2014.
