Moscow-based Oh Plus Media has secured broadcasting rights for Mondo TV’s Sissi, the Young Empress. The animated series tells the love story between the charming empress of Austria and her lover Franz. Through the agreement, Oh Plus has landed rights to other programs produced by Mondo, which will air on Russia’s pay-TV channel ANI.
