The 19th edition of Cartoons on the Bay, Rai Com’s international cross-media animation and children’s television festival, will be held April 7-9 in Venice, Italy. Submissions for the festival are now open, and contestants may enter for categories including Teen, Live Action TV Series/Hybrid, among others.
