Stand-up comedian and actor Ricky Gervais will host the 73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards. The ceremony will be held January 10, 2016 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Gervais hosted the Globes for three consecutive years, from 2010-2012. During his time as host, the awards show averaged a 14% increase in the overall viewers, and a 6% increase within the 18-49 demographic from the 2009 telecast.
