• Prentiss Fraser has been appointed as president, FOX Entertainment Global. Based in Los Angeles, Fraser will oversee worldwide distribution, formats and off-platform sales for the FOX Television Network and FOX Entertainment Studios’ portfolio of in-house production engines, including FOX Alternative Entertainment, Bento Box Entertainment, Studio Ramsay Global, TMZ and film label Tideline, as well as other divisions of Fox Corporation and third-party partners. Prior to joining FOX Entertainment, Fraser served as president of Television Distribution at Fifth Season.
• Fifth Season has promoted Jennifer Ebell to the role of EVP Television Distribution, effective March 31, 2025, at the same time as the departure of Prentiss Fraser, current president of Television Distribution. Ebell will report into co-CEOs Chris Rice and Graham Taylor. Prior to joining Fifth Season in 2020, Jennifer was SVP of EMEA sales at ITV Studios Global Entertainment.
