Calinos Entertainment sold nearly 18,000 television hours of programming in 2022. Among its most recent deals, drama series Forbidden Fruit, produced by Medyapim, will be available for a sixth season on Fox Turkey, and has been sold to Bolivia, Chile, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Poland, Puerto Rico and the U.S.
Topping the slate of the company’s 2023 offerings is Romanian phenomenon Adela. The series, produced by Ruxandra Ion and Dream Film Production, is the adaptation of Turkish drama O Hayat Benim / That is My Life and debuted at MIPCOM 2022.
Calinos’ expansion into the U.S. included the launch of Turkish series channel Corazon Turco on free streaming service Pluto TV.
