The first in-person Jornadas Internacionales of Argentina since the pandemic opened on Wednesday, November 9, 2022. The two-day event, now in its 32nd edition, brings together LATAM linear pay-TV operators and streaming platforms at the Hilton Hotel in Buenos Aires. It has now returned to “normal,” with conferences and an exhibition for face-to-face meetings.
            In terms of figures, 32 companies participated as exhibitors and around 200 executives registered to attend the conferences, which showed slow attendance in the morning, but afternoon activities picked up with a significant flow of representatives from the pay-TV and IT sectors.
            Most of the subjects discussed had to do with the critical aspects of the business: mainly, the impact of the migration from linear to online platforms, and the challenges faced by traditional TV operators, forced to restructure and experiment with mixed business models.
