A second round of layoffs has resulted from the Fox-Disney merger. This morning, Mark Kaner, president of 20th Century Fox Television Distribution, made his exit. Yesterday, Greg Meidel, president of Twentieth Television left the company. Kaner led the distribution unit since 1994.
