Mondo TV secured two broadcast agreements for Sissi the Young Empress.
Mondo TV inked a five-year deal with Nickelodeon bringing a German-language adaptation to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Nickelodeon will receive exclusive free-to-air and pay-TV rights in Germany, as well as non-exclusive free-to-air and pay-TV rights in Austria and Switzerland. Canada’s Videotron acquired the French-language SVoD rights of the series’ first season in a two-year deal. The animated series has been available on Videotron’s Club Illico subscription platform since June.
Sissi the Young Empress follows the charming empress through her story of adventure, romance, and intrigue.
