The L.A. Screenings Web page of VideoAge is now updated with all screenings and parties. And to keep up with other news related to the L.A. Screenings, simply check VideoAge‘s past Water Cooler postings.

Judging by the response VideoAge received from these past postings, it seems that there’s still a bit of confusion surrounding the NATPE fee that will be introduced at this upcoming L.A. Screenings. It is important to understand that the fee is not mandatory. It is purely voluntary, but only those buyers and sellers willing to pay the small amount will receive benefits such as discounts at the InterContinental Hotel, where the indie portion of the L.A. Screenings will take place.

The completed VideoAge Web sections include: The U.S. Broadcast Networks announcements, the Latin Screenings, the General Screenings, and Parties & Events. Info on the Canadian Screenings and the Canadians’ Deal Night has also been updated.

The 2018 Indie Product Preview (reserved for VideoAge‘s L.A. Screenings advertisers) and the 2018 Who’s Screening (for all studios and all exhibitors at the InterContinental hotel) will be posted on Monday, May 14.

The 2018-19 new season pilots picked up by the U.S. TV networks will be posted the day after the conclusion of the Upfronts in New York City (Thursday, May 17).

In addition, Day 3 of VideoAge Daily at MIP-TV will have a section dedicated to the L.A. Screenings with updates from the exhibition floor.
