LBI Media announced that Jennifer Montoya Betancourth will be joining its Estrella TV flagship station KRCA 62 as lead anchor. Montoya Betancourth will take over the anchor desk for local newscasts, both at 12 p.m. and 5 p.m., in Los Angeles beginning July 31. Montoya Betancourth previously anchored Colombia’s “Noticias Caracol.” In addition, she was also lead anchor for Caracol’s daily newscast, weekend primetime news, and “Ultima Edición.”
