Propagate has made several new hires: the company named Kevin Healey as head of Alternative Programming, Brett-Patrick Jenkins (pictured) as head of Development and Nicole Laufer as director of Development.  Propagate bosses Ben Silverman and Howard T. Owens made the announcement. Healey will oversee the Alternative Programming team, and will manage Propagate’s growing slate of unscripted and alternative content. Healey joins Propagate from Entertainment One.  His credits feature a diverse array of programs, including the TruTV sketch comedy, Fameless, starring David Spade; Scare Pewdiepie for YouTube Red, among others. Jenkins will oversee the Alternative Development department.  Jenkins’ career includes over a thousand hours of television produced and developed for a number of broadcasters, including HISTORY, Lifetime, Discovery, HBO and, most recently, Face Off for Syfy.  Laufer will manage the company’s development slate and generate original formats and character-driven docu-series.  She previously held roles at ITV Studios.
