The Wishing Tree, Talpa’s heartwarming format, has recently been acquired by RTL in French-speaking Belgium. After its launch in the Netherlands, The Wishing Tree was also acquired by VTM in Flemish-speaking Belgium, Antenna in Greece, General Media Group in Moldova and RTVS in Slovakia. The second season has recently aired in the Netherlands. In the family-friendly format, young children hang their wishes in a wishing tree. Their wishes aren’t for themselves, but for someone they think deserves good will.
