Disney EMEA has acquired Squeeze’s TV series Cracké. Starting June 2016, 52 one-minute episodes will air across the Disney Channel multiplex in close to 100 countries and territories of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. Created and produced by Squeeze in Quebec City, Canada, Cracké is a 3D animated slapstick comedy series starring Ed, an anxious ostrich dad, and his beloved brood. Though the paranoid bird has good intentions, Ed often causes trouble and threats on accident. The multiplatform brand will bring a television series, a mobile video game and a mobile animated comic book. The second season of Cracké is currently in development.
