The Italian kids TV and cartoon group Mondo TV S.p.A has changed its corporate name from “Mondo TV Spain” into “Mondo TV IBEROAMERICA.” This change reflects the company’s expansion and new business model which focuses on distributing teen series produced in Latin America in Europe. The new business model of Mondo TV IBEROAMERICA will also hone in on the development and co-production of teen fiction series, starting with the co-production of Heidi Welcome Home, written by Marcela Citterio and co-produced with Javier Francia from Alianzas Producciones. At the same time, Mondo TV IBEROAMERICA will continue to distribute Mondo TV S.p.A.’s catalogue, besides acting as distribution, co-production and executive production agent of others projects.
