The Royal Television Society has announced that Steve Burke, Chief Executive Officer of NBCUniversal, will deliver the opening keynote at the biennial RTS London Conference 2016, which takes place in September. NBCUniversal International has also been named lead sponsor of the Conference this year. The keynote will be presented on September 27 at King’s Place. Burke will share his views on global media trends, how NBCUniversal is capitalizing on shifts in consumer, technological and market dynamics, and his expectations for the future. The RTS London Conference 2016 is sponsored for the first time by NBCUniversal International, and chaired this year by Kevin MacLellan, Chairman NBCUniversal International. This year’s title is “Full Stream Ahead: Commissioning, Producing and Distributing Content in an Age of On-Demand.” Tickets for the daylong conference are available here.
