Media Convention Berlin (MCB), to be held May 2-3 at Station-Berlin, confirmed the participation of European Commissioner for Digital Economy and Society Günther Oettinger. He will address the EU’s perspective on net neutrality and the use of media content over the Internet. Berlin Mayor Michael Müller and Twitter’s vice president of Media for Europe and Africa Mark Little will also be in attendance.
