Showtime has announced the official cast of the new Twin Peaks series, which will be entirely directed by David Lynch and will premiere in 2017 on-air, on demand and over the Internet. The cast includes Emmy Award nominee Kyle MacLachlan, who returns as FBI agent Dale Cooper. The series picks up 25 years after the residents of a quaint northwestern town find out their homecoming queen has been murdered.
