A+E Networks’ Lifetime is set to launch tomorrow in Turkey as a free-to-air channel. The channel will debut with live broadcast Let Life Begin, hosted by Turkish personality Özge Uzun and featuring psychologist Yasemin Meric. Lifetime Turkey is joint venture between A+E Networks and MCD Media.
In other A+E news, A+ Networks U.K. renewed and expanded its carriage deal with BT TV. Under the new agreement, entertainment brand Lifetime will be available to subscribers of BT’s basic pay package.
