This year’s Hot Docs festival has released its list of special guests. Former Los Angeles DA Gil Garcetti, sports journalist Robert Lipsyte, activist Gil Won-Ok and Director of Korean Council for Women Drafted for Military Slavery Meehyang Yoon, will join the festival in Toronto, along with other notable guests who are featured in films premiering at Hot Docs. In addition to guest subjects, 181 directors will to introduce their films at the festival take part in Q&A sessions after screening. Hot Docs will take place April 28-May 8.
