Amman-based commercial media company Arab Telemedia has released 44 series and movies in the iTunes Store, making this the first production company to have Arab content available on iTunes. Arab Telemedia creates, produces and distributes content across multiple platforms. The company won an Emmy for socio-political series Al-Ijteyah as best international telenovela in 2008. The titles will go live on the start of Ramadan, on June 6, 2016, and includes The Invasion, the first Arabic series to win an Emmy.
