The New York Television Festival, taking place on October 24-29, announced the newly-created Seeso Comedy Award, an opportunity with Seeso, the ad-free comedy streaming channel from NBCUniversal, for independent TV creators to develop a series for subscription service. To qualify, a comedy project created with Seeso in mind must be entered into the NYTVF’s IPC competition by June 30.
