Toronto-based YTV, owned by Corus Entertainment, will bring comedy Bruno & Boots: Go Jump in the Pool! to Canada on April Fool’s Day. The original movie, based on the Macdonald Hall book series by Gordon Korman, premieres Friday, April 1 at 7:30 p.m. ET/PT. Produced by Aircraft Pictures in association with YTV, the original movie follows Bruno Walton as he rallies his fellow students to raise money for a pool in order to prevent his friend Boots from transferring to a school with better athletic facilities. Despite their ongoing pranks, Bruno and Boots love their school and are willing to do anything to protect it.
