Vibrant TV has appointed Jessica Hoyt as vice president of Program Acquisitions, effective immediately.  Based in the Vibrant TV Chicago headquarters, Hoyt reports directly to network Chief Executive Officer Dan Zifkin. Advertiser-supported Vibrant TV is among the country’s fastest-growing independent channels, having secured new distribution partnerships with such prominent digital platforms, Smart TV’s and devices such as Amazon Fire TV and Roku.

Production company 7 Wonder has added executive producer Jeremy Lee to the team, who joins from UK indie NERD, where he developed and produced The 80s: 10 Years that Changed Britain and The 90s: 10 Years that Changed the World for Channel 4. Lee has begun working with 7 Wonder, and has landed a commission for How Rom Coms Ruled our World. The company has also hired Patrick McMahon as head of Development. Patrick previously served as head of Development at Boomerang, part of the TwoFour Group. Mandy Bishop has also joined the company as head of Production of its new Birmingham office. Mandy has previously held roles at Endemol, where she managed several fast turnaround series, large production teams and budgets out of its Birmingham office, and Catalyst TV – where she was responsible for the company’s offices, productions and finances in the Midlands.
