In yesterday’s Golden Globe Award nominations, Starz received six nods. Starz was recognized in all three television categories, a first for the network. Outlander, which follows a WWII combat nurse who mistakenly falls back in time to 1743, was nominated for Best Television Series – Drama. Flesh and Bone, which tells the story of a young dancer with a tumultuous past, received the Best Television Limited Series nod.
In other Golden Globe News, CBS Studios International received six nominations. CBSSI dominated the Best Performance By An Actress In A Television Series category, which recognized Gina Rodriguez, star of Jane the Virgin, Eva Green for her work in Penny Dreadful, and Rachel Bloom for Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.
