Corus Entertainment’s Disney Junior will premiere the new animated series The Lion Guard on Sunday, January 17 at 11:30 am ET. The story follows the adventures of Kion, the second-born cub of Simba and Nala, as they unite to protect the Pride Lands. Disney Junior will air encore presentations of The Lion Guard: Return of the Roar movie at 10:40 am ET, followed by the debut of The Lion Guard.
