Production for AMC’s Fear the Walking Dead second season broke ground in Mexico’s Baja peninsula yesterday. The Walking Dead companion series, Fear the Walking Dead, delivered the highest-rated first season of any series in U.S. cable history among total viewers. The series will return next spring on AMC Global, and will debut internationally within 24 hours of the U.S. premiere. Fear the Walking Dead is executive produced by showrunner Dave Erickson, Robert Kirkman, Gale Anne Hurd, Greg Nicotero and David Alpert.
