Gaumont Television has appointed Nicola Andrews to the newly created role of vice president, Distribution. Andrews will report directly to Erik Pack, and will be in charge of selling children’s programming to the U.S., Canada and Western Europe, and Benelux. Prior to joining Gaumont, Andrews ran her own media consultancy firm, London-based Hemisphere Distribution.
Hervé Payan, current CEO of HBO Nordic, will take the role of CEO of HBO Europe when current CEO Linda Jensen steps down at the end of this year. When Payan becomes CEO, HBO Europe, HBO Netherlands and HBO Nordic will become one umbrella organization.
