Gaumont and Francios Ivernel’s Montebello Productions have signed a first-look development and production deal. The agreement will cover both film and television production for three years. The pact reflects Gaumont’s ambition to enter the realm of English-language film productions. Montebello’s library includes French feature films and English-language series, and Ivernel’s executive producer credits include Slumdog Millionaire, The Queen and 127 Hours, among others.
